I recently popped in to the hotel to discuss the possibility of booking a room for my mother in law to stay this September. I was greeted by the girl on reception. I think her name was Katie. She was very patient and accommodating with my many questions. Nothing seemed to be a problem. Once she confirms her dates I would be more than happy to book a room here. Thank you to The Crowwood and to Katie for a great impression.

Didn't stay at the hotel but visited the restaurant for a family get together (had 2 babies and children with us) . Food was very nice and staff were very helpful despite being very busy. Seemed to be popular with families.
